Overview

Operate and maintain packaging equipment to ensure dairy products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. Follow GMP, safety policies, and quality assurance standards. Perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with general plant cleaning and provide coverage for other positions as needed.
