Overview

The Packout Manager leads and coordinates daily packout operations, ensuring finished food products are accurately labeled, packaged, and delivered while maintaining quality, food safety, and efficiency. Duties include supervising and training staff, verifying payroll and daily records, completing weekly inventory, monitoring labeling, and coordinating with production, transportation, and customer service teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent leadership experience
• Minimum of two to four years of warehouse management experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a refrigerated environment of 34 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit
• Inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures
