Overview

Lightway Recovery, a nonprofit long term residential center for women, is hiring a female overnight support staff member with CNA certification or equivalent. The overnight team member is available during overnight hours to assist residents if needed and reports to the Program Director. The position is part time with a flat rate for overnight support, since it also involves sleeping. A potential live in option with room and board can be discussed with the Hiring Manager.

Requirements

• At least two years of abstinent recovery from addiction, working a solid recovery program with an active sponsor, or family recovery, or a heart to serve women
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record as ascertained by DMV report
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CNA or CMA preferred
• Willingness to live by the Lightway code of ethics and Core Values
• Must be female
