Overview
The Parts Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls and emails about equipment parts, providing technical support, order status, and general information for customers' parts and service repair needs. The position also assists with orders, refunds, exchanges, walk-in customers, and warehouse backup when needed. It is a fully in-person role with occasional travel of no more than two weeks per year.
Requirements
- Customer service experience of 1 year required
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to walk, stand, kneel, push, stoop, reach, grasp, pull, hear, see, write, count, speak, analyze, and alphabetize
- Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Bachelor's degree, turf management experience, power equipment or irrigation experience preferred
