Overview

FamMat Services, LLC is hiring Personal Care Aides, Direct Support staff, and CNAs in the Hampton and Williamsburg areas. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or 5 to 8 years of documented and verifiable experience in the Human Service or Medical Field
• One to six months experience working with persons with disabilities in a group home, day support, hospital, treatment center, community or nursing home setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD), mental health and/or other developmental disabilities
• Good oral and written communication skills, including using computer and mobile devices
• Ability to perform simple math skills
• Ability to implement and follow policies and procedures
