Overview

The Phone Attendant handles inbound guest calls regarding ticketing, rentals, lessons, and general resort details. This position provides courteous guest support, takes reservations, records messages, and assists with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak resort periods
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately record information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, call center, or ticketing experience preferred
