Overview

This is an entry-level position assisting with daily plant operation and maintenance, including cleaning work areas, shoveling excess materials, operating a skid steer, and performing general maintenance such as oiling and greasing equipment. The company says it will train the right person to grow into new roles or departments. Work is outdoors in loud, variable weather conditions, typically 8 to 12 hours per day, 5 to 7 days per week during peak season, with occasional night work.
