Overview

This position involves producing high quality precast concrete panels that meet engineering specifications. Crew members install rebar, pour and finish concrete, strip out panels, and maintain production beds. The role reports to the Foreman and operates within a team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Precast industry or construction experience desired but not required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, crawl, and climb ladders
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in extreme cold and heat
• Ability to commute or relocate to Des Moines, IA 50317
