Overview

Forks & Boards is seeking a Prep Cook to join its culinary team in Phoenix. This role prepares ingredients accurately and efficiently to keep the kitchen stocked for service. Ideal candidates are organized, maintain clean workstations, and follow established recipes and prep lists.

Requirements

• Food handler permit or certification
• Alcohol Service Certificate
• Previous experience as a prep cook or kitchen assistant preferred
• Foundational knife skills and culinary knowledge
• Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods
