Overview

The Press Brake Lead oversees daily press brake operations, leads and trains operators, and drives quality and continuous improvement. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and scrap reduction while maintaining ISO compliance. It is a full-time, in-person position with a Monday through Thursday schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years documented leadership experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years press brake setup and operation experience
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Knowledge of press brake tooling, bend sequences, and spring-back compensation
• Experience troubleshooting production and quality issues
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and production tracking systems
