Overview
The Pro Bono Strategy and Operations Manager manages and fosters pro bono partnerships across North Carolina with individual attorneys, law firms, and law schools. The role includes volunteer outreach, compliance with legal and organizational standards, and support for pro bono clinics statewide. The position works closely with the Director of Pro Bono Programs and internal stakeholders to shape the Pro Bono Program's response to client needs.
Requirements
- J.D. degree
- 5+ years in legal services, pro bono management, or strategic leadership in legal field
- Driver's license and transportation
- No pending disciplinary proceedings before the North Carolina or any other state bar
- Proficiency with technical tools and data management systems
- Strongly preferred: Admission to practice law in North Carolina
