Overview
The Process Engineer will bridge Research and Development and Operations, leading projects from laboratory concept through pilot trials and commercial production. Responsibilities include process development and scale-up, continuous improvement, particulate processing, cross-functional leadership, and quality, safety, and compliance support. The role requires 5 to 10 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Process, Industrial, or related engineering discipline
- 5 to 10 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience leading process optimization, scale-up, or continuous improvement projects
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in both plant and laboratory settings
- Excellent communication and project management skills
