Overview

The Production Foreman oversees staff, organizes and monitors workflow, and ensures safe operations and product quality on the 2nd shift. This role directs production operators, sets processing variables, and verifies that production schedules are fulfilled. Candidates will also handle daily reporting and enforce company policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Three to four years related manufacturing production experience in a leadership role
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Experience with e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
