Overview
This is a supervisory role at a family-owned building materials supplier's components plant in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or production
- Truss, wall panel, or wood products experience a strong plus
- MiTek software experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read truss and panel drawings or willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices
- High school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs
