Overview

The Beasley Group is hiring a Sawmill Production Supervisor to oversee night shift operations on the production floor, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead a team of production workers. The role requires sawmill experience, supervisory experience, and the ability to walk, stand, or climb for up to 12 hours a day. Requirements

• Post-secondary education preferred, minimum high school diploma
• At least 3 years of sawmill related experience
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of lumber manufacturing and sawmill operations
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand or climb up to 12 hours a day
