Overview

The Residential Program Assistant provides direct services to clients in a residential treatment program. Duties include monitoring vital signs, supervising medication administration, facilitating recovery-oriented groups, coordinating transportation to support meetings, documentation, meal preparation, and cleaning. The role may occasionally work at other locations and requires a valid driver's license for limited driving duties.

Requirements

• Experience in social work or a related field and/or addiction certification preferred
• Ability to read, write, and document in administrative and client records
• Current and valid driver's license for limited driving duties
• Ability to work day, afternoon, and/or midnight shifts
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
