Overview

Conard House seeks a Program Assistant II to support administrative operations for Supportive Housing, Community Services, and Outpatient programs. Duties include greeting visitors, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, managing petty cash and supplies, and supporting compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. The role is full-time, in person in San Francisco, with a Monday to Friday day schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or two years of experience in social services administration
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office
