Overview
Oversee and manage substance use disorder outpatient services, ensuring high-quality treatment programs under the Senior Outpatient Director. Supervise clinical and support staff and provide direct patient care. Coordinate, evaluate, and enhance clinical services while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in Substance Abuse Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or related field, or CADC with associate's degree and seven years of experience
- IBC certification required within 18 months of hire
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Direct supervisory experience: 1 year required
- CADC preferred
- Willingness to travel 50% preferred
