Overview
The Project Manager owns the outcome of luxury residential millwork projects, leading them from the shop floor to the jobsite. Duties include managing the full project lifecycle, serving as the main contact for architects, general contractors, and clients, and reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and change orders. Requirements
- Experience managing construction or millwork projects from start to finish
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfort managing multiple projects at once
- Clear, professional communication with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Preferred: luxury residential millwork, casework, or high-end construction experience
