Overview

Gradiant is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-discipline water and wastewater projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk. The role oversees project execution, site construction, and client relationships from contract award through closeout. Candidates will also mentor junior staff and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience in water/wastewater consulting
• Expertise in water treatment processes

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred
