Overview

The Project Services Coordinator supports projects from post-sale through completion, coordinating schedules, inspections, documentation, change orders, collections, and closeout. The role works with Operations, Production, Sales, customers, municipalities, and engineering partners. It requires strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One or more years of experience in project coordination, operations support, construction administration, scheduling, customer service, or related work preferred
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn company systems
• English language required; ability to commute to Livermore, CA 94551
