Overview
AvonRisk is a specialty risk manager for self-insured organizations, seeking a Property Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial property and public entity claims. The role combines field adjusting and desk examiner duties, including onsite inspections, estimate review, coverage analysis, and client reporting. Regular intrastate travel throughout Kentucky is required, approximately 30 to 50 percent of work time.
Requirements
- High School education
- 7+ years of experience in property adjusting, preferably commercial property
- Demonstrated experience handling property claims and moderately complex claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and write estimates, preferably Xactimate
- Kentucky Adjuster License or ability to obtain (preferred)
