Overview

This Property Manager supports resident success across an affordable housing portfolio in Central Vermont. Duties include leasing to low- and middle-income renters, responding to resident concerns, enforcing lease terms, mediating conflicts, and conducting unit inspections. Previous property management experience is not required.

Requirements

• Two years of college and two years of customer service or social service experience, or equivalent combination
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn property management software
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social and economic justice
• Valid Vermont driver's license and personal vehicle for travel between sites
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and inspect units with stairs
