Overview

MMI of KY fabricates rebar and distributes concrete accessories for commercial, industrial, and highway DOT construction markets. The Rebar Estimator reviews plans and specifications, prepares material take-offs for quotes, answers sales calls and emails for pricing, and organizes shop drawings and product data for project submittals. The position is full-time, in person, Monday through Friday as required, with a base salary starting at $50,000 per year, negotiable based on industry experience and knowledge.

Requirements

• Prior estimating experience
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Experience using material take-off software (preferred)
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to seek new responsibilities for growth within MMI
• College degree or prior industry experience
