Overview

The City of Culver City Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department seeks a part-time Recreation Specialist to plan, organize, and implement recreational and social services programs, including Youth Sports Programs. The role oversees safe daily operations of programs and facilities, trains and supervises subordinate employees and volunteers, coordinates facility reservations, assists with marketing and social media, and communicates with staff, parents, and participants. Requirements

• First Aid, CPR, and AED certificates within six months of employment
• Ability to learn registration and other computer software
• Required experience must be fully met at time of application
