Overview

The Recruiter handles all recruiting activities within a facility, including placing advertisements and attending local job fairs. This role is responsible for interviewing candidates and executing recruitment plans to ensure operations are staffed. While the position is remote, candidates must live in Leipsic, OH or Columbia, SC.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field
• Proficiency with an ATS and/or HRIS
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Full-time US work authorization without sponsorship
