Overview

The RDS assists with daily operations of medical programming and supervises under the direction of the Medical Director, APRN, and Executive or Program Director. Duties include overseeing medical elements of the program, direct patient care, intake and discharge documentation, UA specimen collection, medication logging, and detox protocol reviews through EMR. The role also maintains compliance with HIPAA, ADA, DHCS, and CARF policies.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to multi-task, delegate tasks, manage client care, maintain facility standards
• Desire to assist those with chemical dependency in their recovery
• 1-2 years experience in the field of recovery (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First AID Certification (preferred)
