Overview

This position acts as a liaison between the home office and field, supporting a portion of Bath & Body Works 1800+ stores with maintenance issues and escalations. The specialist manages maintenance tickets and approvals in FEXA for an assigned region, partners with store operations and field leadership to resolve unplanned closures, and identifies maintenance trends. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Field Leadership, Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Maintenance, and Construction.

Requirements

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Experience supporting maintenance tickets in a multi-unit retail environment
• Ability to communicate with home office, field, and external partners expertly and effectively
• Solid understanding of general maintenance practices, tools, and resources preferred
• Previous experience with FEXA preferred
• Direct trade or maintenance experience or 2/4 year degree preferable but not required
