Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing customer relationships for pre-engineered metal building systems. The role partners with builders, dealers, and contractors across the Willamette Valley territory. Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in PEMB, steel construction, or commercial building systems
• Strong understanding of structural systems, building loads, and construction processes
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
