Overview

Heart and Soul Healthcare is hiring an in-home nurse to deliver specialized pediatric nursing care in clients' homes. Duties include medication and treatment administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, G-tube management, seizure tracking, tracheotomy and ventilator care, and family education. The role is contract or PRN at $25.00 to $32.00 per hour and requires independent work with medically fragile patients.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Georgia or eNLC
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED - BL
• Employment Authorization Document (EAD)
• TB skin test, chest X-ray, or QuantiFERON-TB Gold within three days of employment
• Experience with medically fragile patients and home health
