Overview

This position facilitates the receipt, repair, and return of OTS SCUBA products sent in for service. The supervisor manages departmental workloads, trains technicians, and provides technical troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone or email. Work is conducted in person at the Santa Ana facility.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous management experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn OTS products and provide troubleshooting
• Previous service department or electronics experience preferred
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
