Overview

The Project Manager handles day-to-day, on-site execution of active residential remodeling projects, bridging design and physical completion. Duties include daily site management, crew supervision, logistics and staging, customer communication, problem solving, and project closeout. The position reports to ownership and requires 7 or more years of residential remodeling experience with field crew management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of residential remodeling experience including field crew management
• Reliable truck or vehicle and standard tools for job-site inspections
• Ability to read blueprints, follow scopes of work, and track timelines
• Leadership integrity with high standards for conduct and safety
• Clear, respectful communication and people skills
• Willingness to adopt digital project systems and AI tools
