Overview
Next Step Care seeks an engaging person to help individuals with intellectual disabilities enjoy a good quality of life. Duties include encouraging participation in daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, choosing activities, doctor appointments, and community outings. This is a 24/7 awake provider role with open availability needed for all shifts in multiple locations. Staff must follow Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Open availability for all shifts in multiple locations
- Willing to learn and follow directions from Upper Management
- Follow all Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans
- High school or equivalent preferred
- Driver's License preferred
- Relocate to Chambersburg, PA 17202 before starting
