Overview
Responsible for general supervision and day, evening, night and weekend activities for residential program participants. Provides support to women and children following the mission of YWCA Wheeling. Duties include answering a 24-hour crisis hotline, intake paperwork, safety planning, de-escalation, security monitoring, medication oversight, cleaning, and documentation. Requirements
- Driver's license preferred
- Ability to provide support via phone or in person
- De-escalation skills using verbal and non-verbal communication
- Accurate documentation for contact hours, shift logs, incident reports
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of facility
- Attend staff meetings and complete required trainings
