Overview

The Resort Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of Alpine Crest Resort. Duties include condo and building repairs, grounds and lawn care, pool and amenity upkeep, trash removal, and light cleaning. The technician also provides customer service to guests and may assist with site setups. The position is full-time and in person.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures
