Overview

The Cafe Manager drives profitability through the P&L while developing a crew that serves customers with hospitality. Duties include monitoring sales growth and cost control, maintaining sanitation and appearance standards, executing marketing programs, and building local sales relationships. The position requires at least 3 years of full-time managerial experience in restaurant or fast casual settings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-time managerial experience in restaurant or fast casual field
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees
• Proven track record managing cost of goods and labor
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
