The RN Ambulatory Care Coordinator assesses, coordinates, and integrates healthcare for patients with chronic conditions in the Aspirus Clinic System. Requirements

• Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a nursing program
• Two years experience in department or specialty
• Active Wisconsin RN nursing license
• Current BLS certification
• BSN required, or actively working toward degree within 4 years of hire
• Certification for area of specialty required or pursued within three to five years of eligibility
