Overview

Oversee safety protocols and coordinate administrative functions at a manufacturing plant. Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Workers' Compensation compliance, deliver training, conduct audits and incident investigations, and support facilities and office operations. Reports to the HR Assistant Manager and Plant Manager.

Requirements

• Business Administration degree or relevant administrative experience
• 2+ years of safety-related experience preferred
• Manufacturing EHS experience; automotive and safety leadership preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workers' compensation requirements
• First Aid and CPR certified, able to train others
• Fluent in Haitian Creole required; 1 year administrative support and EHS required
