Overview

ALL, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its Appliance and Cabinet Inside Sales Team. In this role, you will guide sales strategies, coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and drive gross margin growth. This position offers an auto allowance, fuel card, and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
• 2+ years of sales or people leadership experience
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Experience with CRM systems and sales metrics, Salesforce preferred
