Overview

JOA is seeking an experienced Scheduler IIII to oversee complex capital construction projects in the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on maintaining project schedule integrity, assessing delay impacts, and delivering strategic recommendations. You will work closely with contractors, project teams, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project or construction scheduling
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera scheduling software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated experience with CPM and time impact analysis
• Availability to travel between project locations in the Los Angeles area
