Overview

Pal Pro Fleet Services is hiring an experienced diesel technician to serve as a working foreman. You will diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks, fleet vehicles, and equipment, manage mechanics in the garage, and report to management. The role involves shop and mobile service, quality control, and workflow coordination.

Requirements

• Strong, recent experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and complete repairs with limited supervision
• Professional tool set suited to the work
• Valid driver's license
• Reliability, sound judgment, and professional approach with customers and coworkers
