• 10+ years estimating experience
• Prior management experience required
• Proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, and Primavera Scheduling software
• Advanced knowledge of estimating software and civil engineering principles
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight for bidding opportunities
