Overview

DuCon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily commercial construction projects in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This on-site role oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, handling scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The position works closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors to drive risk management and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager
• Experience managing 100,000+ SF and 4+ story multifamily projects from start to finish
• Minimum 3 projects of experience as the lead Project Manager
• Experience assembling, leading, and mentoring project teams
• Project pursuit submittal and presentation experience
