Overview

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Operations Manager, this position supports the Museum Store by handling shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. The role directly impacts store sales and web order fulfillment through inventory processing and customer support. This is a temporary, union position lasting three months.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience or equivalent training
• Experience in warehousing, receiving, or shipping preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to learn and drive a forklift
• Familiarity with hand trucks and pallet jacks preferred
