Overview

Schulze & Burch is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics personnel across two buildings in Chicago, IL. This role directly supervises about 25 team members across three shifts, handling raw material receiving, outbound shipments, sanitation, and safety compliance. Candidates should have supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in food production.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics supervision
• Experience with integrated ERP/MES systems (such as PLEX, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
• Certified Forklift Operator / Trainer
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and aerial lift safety procedures
• Understanding of GMPs, food safety audits, and QA procedures
• Ability to work Saturdays and extended shifts as needed
