Overview

Premier Lawn & Landscape is hiring seasonal operators for its commercial Snow & Ice Management Division, primarily running BOSS Snowrator MAG sidewalk machines to clear commercial sidewalks, entrances, and walkways in Central Wisconsin. Operators follow property site maps, apply salt and ice melt, inspect equipment, and document completed work through LMN and other smartphone applications. Strong performers may be offered full-time, year-round positions.

Requirements

• Previous snow removal or equipment operating experience preferred
• Ability to operate stand-on snow removal equipment and read site maps
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must own a reliable smartphone for company applications
• Willingness to work overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Ability to work outdoors in harsh winter weather
