Overview

This role provides administrative and process support across the solicitation and peer-review lifecycle, from solicitation planning and proposal intake through panel execution and closeout. Duties include maintaining schedules and trackers, preparing materials, supporting reviewer and panel communications, and using meeting-planning and peer-review tools. Work may be performed at an ICF or other contractor facility, a rented facility, or a client site in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years of professional business-process support experience, or a college degree and at least 1 year of such experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and provide on-site support for peer-review panels, workshops, and program meetings
  • Must successfully complete a federal background investigation and obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification credential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 applications
