Overview

1 Hotel San Francisco seeks an energetic and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join its culinary team. This role supports the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, and maintaining sanitation standards. Candidates will lead kitchen staff during shifts and help execute banquet and catering services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining with banquet and catering backgrounds
