The Street Outreach Specialist engages individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness across the community to connect them with shelter, medical care, and substance use resources. Requirements
- Valid Class C Driver's License and ability to operate an organizational vehicle

- Ability to work independently and use de-escalation techniques during crises
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and data-tracking
