Overview

Broadway Recovery Services is seeking a Certified Peer Recovery Supporter to provide compassionate, community-based support for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. In this role, you will serve as a role model, advocate, and mentor by sharing personal recovery experiences to foster long-term recovery. Work is conducted across office, home, and community settings with opportunities for flexible hours.

Requirements

• Lived experience in recovery with 1+ year of sustained sobriety
• Active Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (CPRS) certification in Ohio
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build supportive relationships
• Ability to work independently in community-based settings
• Basic computer skills and comfort with EHR documentation
